I run a streamlined, end-to-end process across all projects. From first conversation through to final delivery, everything is designed to be clear, efficient, and easy to navigate.

Each project is scoped individually based on what you're trying to achieve.

Every project follows a simple structure:

1. Initial Conversation — We align on the idea, intent, and deliverables.
2. Proposal — I send through a clear outline of scope, inclusions, timeline, and cost.
3. Booking — Once approved, I confirm the project with a deposit and lock in dates.
4. Production — Filming takes place on location, tailored to the project.
5. Post-Production — Editing, colour, sound, and refinement.
6. Delivery — Final files are delivered, ready for use across agreed platforms.

Deliverables are tailored to each project. This may include a mix of:

• Video content (short-form, long-form, or campaign assets)
• Social cutdowns
• Photography

All outputs are defined clearly in the proposal before work begins.

Projects include one round of revisions. Additional revisions can be accommodated and will be scoped separately if required.

Standard turnaround is approximately two weeks from the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed. If a faster turnaround is required, this can be discussed during the planning stage.

• A deposit is required to secure your project and confirm dates
• The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to final file release

Unless otherwise agreed, final content is supplied for use across your owned channels (website, social, internal use). Additional usage such as paid advertising, extended campaigns, or third-party use can be discussed and licensed as needed.

If the scope of a project changes after confirmation, I'll flag this early and provide an updated outline before proceeding. This keeps everything transparent and avoids surprises.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or after confirmation, may be charged at the full shoot rate

Final files are delivered via a secure online platform. If physical drives or extended data handling are required, this can be arranged as part of the project.

I work as a lean, hands-on operator. This means:

• Clear communication
• Efficient production
• A focus on capturing real, high-quality moments
